Well so it’s true. The French certainly do know how to dress and Miss Poesy is certainly no exception. This outfit is a classic and timeless example. An almost androgynous look is downplayed by a Chanel bag (It’s OK if you don’t have one, depressing as it may be ) any simple bag will do. Think understated! Messy hair and note how the trousers cinch in at the waist, less like Simon Cowell and more like a classic French girl from any era A look that is sensational and although Kate cannot claim it as her own as it was done for a campaign, this outfit screams ethereal elegance. To achieve this a a beautiful white blouse is needed preferably with a soft rounded collar so that when done up its still to have a very dream like appearance. Pair with a pair of corduroy bell bottoms in a muted colour that’s not overly bold and you will look as beautiful as one with the earth A woman who is certainly known for her immaculate sense of style that is perfected down to the tea. Again the black and white a palate that Chanel has made famous gives a touch of class to this outfit and to make it a little more fun and preppy, add a cardigan that falls just below the short to give balance and a wistful demeanour

The perfect combination, unless you are a chocolate lover with a tendency to spill. This look from Lily could go anywhere from the streets of New York to a villa in Spain. The white on white is not only chic but practical on those unbearably hot days. Note the pop of texture to the outfit by adding leopard print shoes and a darker set bag for contrast and there you have it a beautiful and clean airy look It’s unlikely that anything would ever look bad on this lass however she certainly knows how to dress and always has a great boho twist to anything. If you love the hippy vibe then add a pair of cool textured or coloured shorts to you white shirt and some great little booties in tan to achieve the perfect festival look where people will be handing you guitars left to right Miss Bilson who stands at just 5 ‘2 is a great example of how you can dress to your shape and size and how the right outfit can make you look miles taller. Here she pairs a somewhat fitted white shirt as a larger one would drown her size, with a pair of simple jeans and some brown clogged shoes. The belt and the shoes break up the outfit whilst adding height. Add some shades and you’ll look cute and tall as a button

White shirt’s are just one of those things much like your favourite pair of jeans that make you feel good on any given day that a woman must posses. Sunny Side Up



Now  as i am definitely one of those who goes through egg phases however when they are good, they are good! I was diagnosed with Celiac about 6 years ago now and although there has been the occasional 'Why Me?' day, i do feel a thousand times better than i ever did.

One of the many downsides to being celiac or intolerant to anything is the havoc it can wreak on your digestive system to the point of malnutrition. It is important to replenish all that is lost and it may take months even years as even a minor accidental inducement of gluten or whatever else it may be may cause your stomach to react disastrously. This is particularly why I try to eat as much raw food whenever possible as when foods are cooked or boiled, the nutritional value can be diminished if not all together lost

Here's a simple little Breakfast or Lunch recipe

Eggs on a bed of rocket and mushroom

  • Two fried eggs (organic if possible)
  • Rocket
  • Mushrooms (I personally love portabello)
  • A dash of Olive Oil
Why Eggs? 

  1. Eggs are a great source of protein especially for those that are Vegetarian
  2. They contain high legs of choline, about 250mg per egg. Choline is vital for the liver to break down fats and cholesterol however don't skimp on the yolk as that's the part you'll be needing for this
  3. Choline can also help with brain health. Much like what serotonin provides with chocolate, the choline in eggs break down into bethane which can actually make you happy! Now that should put a smile on your face
 Why Arugula (or Rocket for us English folk) ?

  1. Arugula, like Broccoli is part of the cruciferous family which studies have shown may help reduce the risk of cancer
  2. Got Milk? Yes that's right. Arugula is also a good source of Calcium and contains more than eight times that of Iceberg lettuce. Sorry Lettuce
  3. Forget special K. Vitamin K is plentiful in Arugula and is essential in normal blood clotting and maintaining all those bones you worked so hard to grow
Why Portabello Mushrooms?


  1. These magic mushrooms contain Selenium which is there to help protect our body's healthy cells against free radicals
  2. Despite their size, portabello's are in fact very low in calories. Mushroom Mac anyone?
  3. Something in common with the banana. Portabello's also provide potassium which we need for muscles. So move those muscles and get out to the grocery store

When it comes to fashion there's certain rules that must be abided by in order to give a sense of balance. Leaving very little to the imagination is certainly something that you want to try and avoid and the age old expression of less is more. Delicious and this is the best part. Nutritious!!
Smoothies are an excellent way to pack in nutrition a great way to cool off, especially if your one of those who can't eat ice cream and a darn sight healthier too. Plus, great fun to make!
